AI for Healthcare
Clinical question answering and diagnosis support that still works where bandwidth, hardware and language resources are scarce.
- DoctorAI Framework
The applied AI research division of ISODS, headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts.
The George Washington Institute (GWI) is the official research division of ISODS. It runs global applied AI projects and leads the Society’s annual student research and development cohorts.
The institute builds domain-specific AI platforms rather than prototypes: retrieval workflows, multi-agent frameworks and vector database systems that are deployed inside the institutions and firms that need them.
Each domain pairs a curated knowledge base with a retrieval workflow and an agent layer, so the result is a deployed platform rather than a demo.
Clinical question answering and diagnosis support that still works where bandwidth, hardware and language resources are scarce.
Turning national legal corpora into structured, citable knowledge that compliance teams can retrieve from.
Private GenAI ecosystems for research, academic search, business insight and property technology.
Applied research where retrieval quality and auditability matter as much as model capability.
Data-driven ranking and accreditation frameworks operated by ISODS and GWI, reviewed by an external evaluation committee.
Independent, data-driven evaluation of higher education institutions worldwide.
Corporate entities and business environments assessed on how they actually practise AI and data science.
The university ranking committee includes representatives from 6 institutions, among them Yale University, Youngstown State University, Western University and others.
GWI leads ISODS' annual student R&D cohorts and places students on live project teams.
Students join an annual R&D cohort and work on a live applied AI project alongside GWI researchers.
Supervised, project-based practice that applies coursework to a real domain problem.
Placements on GWI project teams, contributing to production retrieval and agent systems.
